Annealing:

The continuous fully automatic annealing line - a roller bottom nitrogen based protective atmosphere isothermal spheroidization annealing furnace, has passed the certification of an international leading bearing brand.

Quenching and tempering:

Adopting the world brand’s same roller bottom controllable atmosphere salt bath quenching line. Cryogenic treatment can be achieved, with a distinct martensitic needle like structure in the microstructure and residual austenite not exceeding 5%.
